We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Marketing team. This position will manage a small team, and report directly to the General Manager and the Senior Management Team. 

Job Duties:

  • Be responsible for writing various marketing copy, including but not limited to product brochures, advertising copy, social media content, company press releases, etc. Ensure the copy is accurate, engaging, and in line with the company’s brand image. Craft compelling written content for different marketing channels to effectively convey the company’s products or services to target audiences.
  • Develop and execute company event plans, including event themes, processes, budget, promotion strategies, etc. Coordinate resources to ensure the smooth implementation of the event. Design event concepts and details, taking into account the company’s marketing goals and target audience, and create a comprehensive plan for successful event execution. 
  • Review various marketing materials, event plans, and promotional content to ensure they meet company policies, industry standards, and target audience needs. Check for accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all marketing materials, and make necessary adjustments or improvements. 
  • During the event, actively participate in event execution, coordinate on-site work, and ensure the event achieves the expected results. Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Provide hands – on support during event operations, including setup, logistics, and communication with attendees. 
  • Be familiar with various marketing channels such as online social media, offline events, advertising platforms, etc. Select appropriate channels for marketing campaigns based on different marketing goals and target audiences, and actively explore new channels to increase brand awareness and market coverage. Develop strategies for channel optimization and expansion, and manage relationships with channel partners. 
  • Participate in the shaping and promotion of the company’s brand image. Ensure all marketing activities convey consistent brand values and identities, and enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation in the market. Monitor brand performance and make adjustments to marketing strategies as needed to maintain brand competitiveness. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or related fields. 
  • Have at least 5 years of marketing experience, be familiar with the marketing event planning and execution process. 
  • Possess excellent written communication skills and copywriting techniques. Be proficient in using office software and relevant marketing tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for simple graphic design and editing, as well as email marketing tools and social media management tools for marketing activity execution and promotion.Be able to use data analytics tools to analyze market data and draw meaningful conclusions. 
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate effectively with people at different levels in various departments. This includes reporting work progress to superiors, coordinating project details with colleagues, and communicating with customers to understand their needs and feedback. 
  • Have innovative thinking and a sharp market insight. Be able to capture market dynamics and industry trends in a timely manner, and come up with novel marketing ideas and strategies to help the company stand out in the highly competitive market. 
  • Have certain project management capabilities, capable of independently planning, executing and monitoring marketing projects. Allocate resources rationally to ensure projects are completed on time, with high quality, and be able to handle various risks and challenges during the project process. 
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
