Job Duties:
- Develop comprehensive and actionable business plans and market strategies to actively identify, acquire and manage High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
- Deliver highly personalized wealth management solutions and advisory services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
- Leverage deep market insights to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Take a proactive lead in utilizing Centaline’s resources to deliver highly personalized services and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with other senior stakeholders, investment and support functions, business partners, as well as product/service teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of the overall business strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients and their associates’ backgrounds, and proactively drive robust Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence processes as the first line of defense to fulfill all relevant compliance and Centaline internal requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in relationship management, specifically within the private banking or wealth management industry, with a demonstrated track record of core relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.;
- Proven track record of success in asset development, asset growth, asset management, and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that outlines a clear growth vision.
- Possesses an extensive network of market connections, as well as a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the market landscape, macro-level regulatory environment, and cultural dynamics prevalent across the respective Asian markets.;
- Established track record of exemplary leadership capabilities and adept stakeholder management skills.;
- Exhibits a robust client-service orientation and a solution-focused problem-solving approach, with the capacity to quickly recognize and respond to evolving client requirements.;
- Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in Written and speaking skills.
